Products can only be exchanged or refunded subject to agreement in advance with yesbvip and being returned unused and in origional condition with unbroken seals. On no occasion will return be refunded or accrdited without advance agreement. We do not accept returns if goods have been opened or seals broken after agreement has been made. The cost of return delivery will not be accepted by yesbvip and must be coverd by the buyer.
